We shall commence the design of your ebook cover once payment has been received.
Should you change your mind or no longer wish to continue with the sale before we have sent you the design by email, we will refund you and the original cover template will be re-uploaded to the website and offered once again for sale. Due to the nature of our product, once you have received your design by email, refunds will not be authorised. Should our images (or partial designs) be used online when payment for that design has not been received (or a refund has been processed), this may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
